Subj: Waimea High School Varsity Softball 25th Annual Tournament
Dear Athletic Directors/Softball Coaches,
Due to conflicting schedules, our 25th Annual Softball Tournament site has been changed from the Waimea Athletic Softball Field to the Hanapepe Stadium.
Everything else remains the same, this is just a change in Tournament site.

Dear Athletic Directors/Softball Coaches,
The Waimea High School Girls Varsity Softball Team, The Waimea High School Athletic Department, and the Waimea Softball Booster Club would like to once again invite your team back to our 25th Annual Invitational Tournament. The tournament dates are February 24-26, 2011 in which all games will be played at the Waimea Athletic Softball field.
If you are interested in participating, please contact Mr. Jon Kobayashi, Athletic Director at Waimea High School (808) 338-6804, Mike Koerte at (808)645-0654, Tammy Perreira at (808) 346-2419 or by email at whssoftballboosters@yahoo.com no later than December 10, 2010.
We will once again be having our traditional Fellowship Banquet on Saturday evening. The cost for the Banquet is $250 per team which includes your parents and supporters.
Due to such high interest in this tournament, the first fifteen teams to respond along with a non-refundable deposit of $125 (which will be applied towards your Banquet cost) will be guaranteed a spot in our tournament. The balance of $125 will be due prior to your first scheduled game. All checks may be made payable to and sent to:

Also, please indicate whether you will need housing assistance for your team. If housing assistance is requested, keep in mind that housing is very limited, it will be on a first come first serve basis, and you will be responsible for your own sleeping necessities (there will be no sleeping cots/bags provided).
We thank you for your participation and support in previous tournaments and we look forward once again to seeing all of you this year and enjoy the fellowship with one another.
